We provide the new building materials at competitive price and high quality to our worldwide customers. SIP (Structural Insulated Panels), the new generation building materials, is high-performance building panel for floors, walls and roofs for residential and commercial buildings. Each panel is typically made by expanded polystyrene (EPS), sandwiched between two structural skins of oriented strand board (OSB) or fiber cement board. SIP is strong, highly prefabricated, energy efficient, and cost effective. The first formal SIP manufacturing line in China has been set up in Quacent to provide SIP panels to builders and contractors. Furthermore to SIP, we provide the full prefab houses (homes) kit, using SIP panels based on the North American technology and code requirement. The format of the houses will be panelized or modular depending on the locations and customers. All the panels or modular are all pre-engineered and can be easily set up on site which will greatly save the onsite labor cost. Our all-in-one house kits include all the standard parts for a housing including frames, doors, windows, floors, cabinets, and bathrooms based on our strong supply chain management system. The house plan can be selected from our list or totally customized. New technology such as solar heating system and dry-hang tile have been researched and adopted to make our housing more green, energy-efficient and cost-effective.
